摘  要:目的:分析原发性心脏肿瘤的CT及磁共振(MRI)影像学特点。方法:回顾性分析83例经手术病理证实的原发性心脏肿瘤的影像学表现,其中65例进行了CT平扫,54例进行了CT增强扫描,15例进行了心脏MRI检查。结果:良性肿瘤65例,恶性肿瘤18例。良恶性肿瘤的性别,年龄,肿瘤位置,肿瘤最大径线,侵犯周围组织,心包积液,形态以及边界差异有统计学意义(P <0.01),心包积液是预测原发性心脏恶性肿瘤的影像学特点(OR=21.00, P<0.01),其ROC曲线面积为0.84,特异性为96.9%,敏感性为70.6%。结论:综合分析CT及MRI影像学特点,对原发性心脏肿瘤的良恶性诊断非常有价值。Objective: To summarize and analyze the CT and MRI features of primary cardiac tumors.Methods: The imaging findings of 83 cases of primary cardiac tumors confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively, of which 65 cases underwent plain CT scanning, 54 cases underwent enhanced CT scanning and 15 cases underwent cardiac MRI. Results: There were 65 cases of benign tumors and 18 cases of malignant tumors. There were significant differences between benign and malignant tumors in gender, age, tumor location, maximum meridian, invasion of surrounding tissues, pericardial effusion, morphology and boundary.Pericardial effusion is a predictor of cardiac malignancy(OR = 21.00, P < 0.01), the ROC curve area was 0.84,the specificity was 96.9%, and the sensitivity was 70.6%. Conclusions: Comprehensive analysis of CT and MRI imaging features will be very valuable in the diagnosis of benign and malignant primary heart tumors.
