摘　　要：乡村振兴战略的实施既要注重经济发展、生活富裕等外显性问题,也要关注农村地区乡风文明、治理有效等社会内生性问题。社会治安状况的好坏是考量乡村生态是否宜居、乡村振兴目标能否实现的重要指标。由于历史与现实的原因,农村治安尚存在党组织领导力不足、群众参与度不高、基础薄弱、治理方式与基层脱节等现实困境。全面提升农村治安治理水平,助力乡村振兴,必须强化党的引领、整合乡村治理资源、加大基础投入以及走本土化的治理路径。When we implement the Revitalization Strategy,we should not only concern explicit issues such as economic development and affluent life,but also on social implicit ones such as rural civilization and effective governance in rural areas.Social security is an important indicator to consider whether the rural ecology is livable and whether the goal of Rural Revitalization can be achieved.Due to historical and practical reasons,there are still realistic difficulties in rural public security,such as insufficient Party leadership,low mass participation,weak foundation,and governance methods that are divorced from the grass-roots level.To comprehensively improve the level of rural public security governance and promote Rural Revitalization,we must strengthen the Party leadership,integrate resources of rural governance,increase fundamental investment,and take a localized governance path.
