摘　　要：视频侦查以视频信息分析为基础。借助专业知识和经验,运用形态分析、图像比对和测量、目标跟踪等方法进行视频信息的挖掘,可以分别得到显性信息、隐性信息和关联信息。三类信息在案件侦查中发挥不同的作用:显性信息主要通过形态比对进行个体识别,影像质量决定了显性信息的显示程度和利用价值;隐性信息通过对视频内容的比较和分析而得到,分为物体状态、目标尺寸、时空属性、运动轨迹和影像异常五类,可用于分析推断案情,提供定案依据;利用从视频影像中提取的各类结构化数据和视图信息进行深层次的数据关联,可以得到关联关系、身份信息、因果关系、溯源关系等关联信息,用于间接确认嫌疑人身份,固定犯罪证据。Video detection is based on video information analysis.With the help of professional knowledge and experience,using morphological analysis,image comparison and measurement,target tracking and other methods to mine video information,explicit information,implicit information and related information can be got respectively.Three types of information play different roles in case investigation.Explicit information is mainly used for individual recognition through morphological comparison,and the image quality determines the display degree and utilization value of explicit information.Implicit information is obtained by comparing and analyzing the video content,which can be divided into five categories:object state,target size,space-time attribute,motion trajectory and image abnormality,which can be used to analyze and infer the case and provide the basis for making a final decision.Using all kinds of structured data and view information extracted from video images for deep-seated data association,we can obtain association relationship,identity information,causality,traceability and other association information,which can be used to indirectly confirm the identity of suspects and fix criminal evidence.
