公安在职教育培训队伍建设的问题与对策

摘　　要：公安在职教育培训是提升在职警察队伍素质和战斗力的重要途径。作为公安教育训练主力军的公安在职教育培训队伍,应当紧紧围绕公安中心工作,切实发挥好教育培训队伍的特长优势,全力服务公安实战。为适应公安教育培训改革和发展形势需要,加强公安在职教育培训队伍建设,提升民警教育训练质量,聚焦改变教师教官教学方式,以更新理念、提升能力为主线,分析公安在职教育培训队伍建设的突出问题与对策,探究公安在职教育培训的新模式。Public security in-service education and training is an important way to improve the quality and combat effectiveness of the in-service police force.As the main force of public security education and training,the public security in-service education and training team should closely focus on the work of the public security center,give full play to the strengths of the education and training team,and fully serve the public security actual combat,in order to meet the needs of the reform and development of public security education and training,strengthen the construction of public security in-service education and training teams,improve the quality of police education and training,focus on changing the teaching methods of teachers and instructors,and focus on updating concepts and improving capabilities,analyze problems and countermeasures,and explore the new mode of public security in-service education and training.
