警察实战用枪模块化训练体系研究

摘　　要：警察实战用枪考虑因素多、训练方法多种多样。首先介绍警察实战用枪的训练现状、存在的问题以及原因分析,然后明确警察实战用枪模块化训练体系的认识和作用意义,再重点阐述掌握基本理念、了解基本性能、熟知法律法规、建立基本使用、强化组合运用、克服影响因素、培养应激反应、模拟实战对抗和疏导心理障碍等九个系统的易操作的训练模块及其训练方法,满足培训机构和不同岗位警察的训练需求,提升和完善警察实战用枪水平和整体应用能力,为警察实战用枪提供成体系的训练参考。The use of firearms for actual police combat is affected by many factors,the training methods are various.First,this paper introduces its training status,the problems and cause analysis,then states explicitly its modular training system,and then focuses on nine easy-to-operate training modules and the corresponding training methods,including mastering the basic concept,understanding the basic performance,being familiar with laws and regulations,establishing the basic use,strengthening the combined use,overcoming the influencing factors,cultivating stress response,simulating actual combat and relieving psychological barriers,so as to meet the needs of training institutions and different posts of police,to improve and perfect the level of using firearms in actual combat and their overall application ability,and to lay a systematic training reference on the use of firearms in the actual police combat.
