摘 要:以海南省海口市、三亚市为例,基于182家高档酒店的近39万条在线评论数据,运用聚类分析、LDA主题分析等方法,从生产力布局的微观层面探讨了游客视角下商务型和度假型旅游城市酒店业与免税业的集聚现状,量化产业联结强度,分析服务生产力的关键要素。结果表明:(1)两类旅游城市两个产业的联结强度均遵循距离递减定律。(2)消费者需求市场与竞争市场差异影响了两个产业的联结效应。(3)酒店业服务态度与区位环境是其服务生产力的关键因素。(4)两个产业联结有助于提升旅游城市服务生产力,并刺激衍生出以免税购物为主要出游动机的新型消费者。Taking Haikou and Sanya as examples,based on the data of nearly 390000 online comments of 182 upscale hotels,used Cluster analysis and LDA theme analysis,this paper explored the current clustering status of the hotel industry and duty-free industry in business-oriented and resort-oriented tourism cities.From the micro level of productivity layout,this paper quantified the strength of industrial linkage,and analyzed the key factors of service productivity.The results showed that:(1)The linkage strength of hotel industry and duty-free industry in business-oriented and resort-oriented tourism cities followed the law of decreasing distance.(2)The linkage effect of the two industries was affected by the differences in consumer demand market and competitive market.(3)The service attitude and location environment of the hotel industry were the key factors that influenced its service productivity.(4)The linkage between those two industries contributed to improve the service productivity of tourist cities,and stimulate a new type of consumers whose main motivation was duty-free shopping.
