摘  要:为改善杆式穿甲弹毁伤模式单一的现状,提出了一种将普通钨芯、易碎钨芯与含能破片结合使用的复合结构。通过组分调配和工艺控制使钨芯前段呈易碎特性,而中、后段保留普通钨芯的强度和韧性,并在易碎钨芯段装填含能破片。在含能破片释能反应能量与应力波的共同作用下,降低易碎钨芯发生破碎所需的冲击速度阈值,使其侵彻薄目标时能够充分破碎;利用含能破片释能反应时产生的冲击作用代替旋转稳定穿甲弹钨芯破碎时的离心力作用,增加易碎钨芯碎块的分散角度,从而扩大破坏范围;利用含能破片释能反应产物使密闭空间内的压力和温度骤增,强化对目标内部设备和人员的毁伤效果。通过试验对比了普通钨芯、易碎钨芯和复合钨芯对多层铝板的破坏效果。试验结果表明:复合钨芯不但具有对厚目标的侵彻能力,并且冲击薄目标时产生的碎块束破坏范围明显大于易碎钨芯,同时增加了爆燃毁伤功能,试验结果与设计目的相符。In order to improve the single damage mode of armor piercing fin stabilized discarding sabot(APFSDS),a composite structure combining ordinary tungsten core,fragile tungsten core and energetic fragments was proposed.The front segment of tungsten core is brittle and the middle and back segments retain the strength and toughness of ordinary tungsten core through component mixing and process control,and the energetic fragments were loaded in the fragile tungsten core section.Under the combined action of energy releasing reaction energy of energetic fragments and stress wave of tungsten core impact,the stress threshold value of brittle tungsten core is reduced to make it fully broken when penetrating thin target.The impact effect of energy release reaction of energetic fragments is used to replace the centrifugal force effect of APDS tungsten core breaking,and the dispersion Angle of fragile tungsten core fragments is increased,so as to expand the damage range.The chemical reaction product of energetic fragmentsare used to release energy reaction products to make the pressure and temperature in the confined space increase sharply,and strengthen the damage effect on the equipment and personnel inside the target.The damage effects of common tungsten core,fragile tungsten core and composite tungsten core on multilayer aluminum plate were compared by experiments.The test results show that the composite tungsten core not only retains the penetration ability to the thick target,but also the damage range of the fragments generated by the composite tungsten core when it impacts the thin target is obviously larger than that of the fragile tungsten core,and at the same time,it increases the function of deflagation damage.The test results are in accordance with the design purpose.
