摘　　要：目的分析脉动真空灭菌器灭菌物品湿包产生的因素并制定相应解决对策,降低灭菌物品湿包发生率。方法通过观察触摸法或称重法,记录2018年3月至2020年3月新乡市中心医院脉动真空灭菌器灭菌次数及灭菌过程中发生湿包的频率,分析原因并提出预防湿包的控制方法。结果2018年3月至2020年3月新乡市中心医院脉动真空灭菌器共灭菌2336次,包数122992个,其中湿包383个(占比0.31%)。383个湿包形成原因主要有:拟灭菌物品准备不当(28.72%)、脉动真空灭菌器灭菌时干燥时间短/灭菌器下排气通路存在排气故障、不顺畅(15.67%)、蒸汽发生器给出的气饱和度未达到消毒灭菌时气压量值(14.36%)、物品卸载不当(13.58%)、物品装载不当(11.23%)、手术敷料的干燥程度(9.14%)、灭菌器相关问题(7.31%)。结论2018年3月至2020年3月新乡市中心医院脉动真空灭菌器湿包发生率为0.31%,原因以灭菌物品准备不当占比最高。在灭菌工作中应严格按照规范进行操作,并制定管理责任制度并落实相关措施降低湿包发生率、保障灭菌效果。【Objective】To analyze the factors causing wet balling of the sterilized items in pulsating vacuum sterilizer,and to develop corresponding countermeasures to reduce the incidence of wet balling of the sterilized items.【Methods】By observing the touch method or weighing method,the sterilization times of hospital pulsating vacuum sterilizer and the frequency of wet balling occurred in the sterilization process from March 2018 to March 2020 were recorded,the causes were analyzed and the control methods to prevent wet balling were put forward.【Results】From March 2018 to March 2020,the pulsating vacuum sterilizer in the hospital was sterilized for 2336 times,including 122992 packages,of which 383 were wet packets(0.31%).The main reasons for the formation of 383 wet packets were as follows:improper preparation of the items to be sterilized(28.72%),short drying time during the sterilization of pulsating vacuum sterilizer/exhaust fault and unsmooth exhaust passage under the sterilizer(15.67%),gas saturation given by steam generator not reaching the pressure value during disinfection and sterilization(14.36%),improper unloading(13.58%)and improper loading(11.23%),dryness of surgical dressings(9.14%),sterilizer-related problems(7.31%).【Conclusion】The incidence of wet bale of pulsating vacuum sterilizers in hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 is 0.31%,and the reason is that improper preparation of sterilization items accounts for the highest proportion.In the sterilization work,the operation should be carried out in strict accordance with the specifications,and the management responsibility system should be formulated and implemented to reduce the incidence of wet bale and ensure the sterilization effect.
