Effect of the Application of Health Management in Nursing on Osteoarthropathy

摘　　要：Objective:To explore the effect of the application of health management in nursing on osteoarthropathy.Methods:Fifty patients with osteoarthropathy in our hospital were randomly selected and recruited for the current study from January 2018 to January 2020.They were divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method.group A(25 cases)received routine nursing,while group B(25 cases)received health management in nursing on the basis of the treatment given to group A.Joint function index,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The index of joint function in group B was higher than that in group A,the quality of life in group B was higher than that in group A,and the nursing satisfaction in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with osteoarthropathy,the application of health management can effectively improve joint function and improve the quality of life.The effect is ideal and the method is worthy of wide application.
