摘 要:为了解番茄苗期节间长度的遗传规律,本研究对短节间‘串黄’番茄(CH)和长节间‘大黄’番茄(DH)品系构建的6个世代P_(1)、P_(2)、F_(1)、F_(2)、B_(1)、B_(2)遗传模型进行了试验研究。利用极大似然法和IECM算法对番茄节间长度的遗传参数进行估计。结果表明,DH上胚轴长度和节间长度都极显著高于CH。DH和CH番茄的节间长度遗传模型为两对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性-上位性多基因。遗传群体B_(1)、B_(2)、F_(2)节间长度主基因的遗传率分别为100%、20.72%、62.52%,多基因遗传率均为0。这说明番茄节间长度的主基因遗传效率在B_(1)和F_(2)代中较高,受环境因素影响较小,性状选择可以在较早的世代中进行。In order to analyze the genetic rule of tomato internode length at seedling stage,the genetic models of 6 genetic models P_(1),P_(2),F_(1),F_(2),B_(1) and B_(2) established from CH tomato with short internode and DH tomato with long internode were studied.Maximum likelihood method and IECM algorithm were used to estimate the genetic parameters of tomato internode length.The results showed that the hypocotyl length and internode length of DH were significantly higher than CH.The internode length genetic model of DH and CH tomato was two pairs of additive dominant epistatic major genes+additive dominant epistatic polygenes.The heritability of major genes with internode length in B_(1),B_(2) and F_(2) populations was 100%,20.72%and 62.52%,respectively,while,it was 0 for polygene.These results suggested that the genetic efficiency of the main gene of tomato internode length was higher in B_(1) and F_(2) generations,and was less affected by environmental factors,and trait selection could be carried out in earlier generations.
