摘  要:为探究发枝素在不同品种甜樱桃树上的应用机理,以3年生甜樱桃为试材进行栽培试验。实验分析了涂抹600、800、1000 mg/L三种浓度的发枝素对3个品种甜樱桃发芽率和发枝量的影响。结果发现,‘美早’‘拉宾斯’‘布鲁克斯’3个品种甜樱桃在1000 mg/L发枝素处理下,其萌芽率显著高于对照,分别比对照增加48.66%、55.06%、54.70%,发枝长度也明显高于对照,分别高6、7.53、8.02 cm,这表明发枝素浓度为1000 mg/L时对甜樱桃的萌芽和成枝有促进作用,可在实际生产中推广应用。In order to explore the application mechanism of branching hormone on different varieties of sweet cherry trees, three-year-old sweet cherries were used as test materials to conduct cultivation experiments. The effects of applying 600, 800 and 1 000 mg/L branching hormone on the germination rate and branch amount of three varieties of sweet cherries were analyzed experimentally. The results showed that the germination rates of the three sweet cherries of’Tieton’,’Lapins’ and’Brooks’ were significantly higher than the control under the treatment of 1 000 mg/L branchi ng hormone, with a net increase of 48.66%, 55.06%, 54.70%, the length of hair branch was also significantly higher than that of the control, which was 6 cm, 7.53 cm and 8.02 cm higher respectively, which indicated that branching hormone 1 000 mg/L treatment had a better effect on promoting the germination and branching ability of sweet cherries, and could be popularized and applied in practical production.
