摘 要:能源互联网被认为是人类解决能源问题的有效手段之一,多种能源高效转化和互联互通是能源互联网的关键。可逆固体氧化物燃料电池(RSOC)具有高效、清洁和多功能化的特点,是连接多种类型能源的核心器件。然而,目前针对RSOC在不同工作模式下运行机制的研究尚处于空白。本文基于流程模拟方法对RSOC发电和电解工作模式下的多物理量进行了仿真分析。首先在发电模式下,对电池堆内部的气体流量、发电量、电压和效率进行了计算;其次,在电解模式下,研究了不同条件对RSOC发电-电解产氢性能的影响,揭示了工作温度、回流水比例、入口气体组分等对RSOC运行状态和各参数的影响机制。最后,分析了RSOC在稳态条件下单电池内部的各个微尺度参数的变化规律。研究结果表明:RSOC的性能无论在发电还是在电解模式下明显受电池堆内部各物理参数的影响,这些机理是设计和制造高性能、长寿命RSOC能源互联系统的关键。The energy Internet is regarded as one of the effective means to solve the energy problem.The efficient conversion and interconnection of various energy sources is the key to the energy Internet.RSOC(Reversible Solid oxide Cell),which is efficient,clean and multifunctional,is the core device to connect many kinds of energy sources.However,the research on the operation mechanism of RSOC under different working modes is still blank.In this paper,based on the process simulation method,multi-physical quantities in RSOC power generation and electrolysis are simulated and analyzed.Firstly,the gas flow,power generation,voltage and efficiency in the battery stack are calculated under power generation mode.Secondly,under the electrolytic mode,the influence of different conditions on the electricity-electrolytic hydrogen production performance is studied,and the influence mechanism of operating temperature,proportion of reflux water and composition of inlet gas on its operating state and parameters is revealed.Finally,the variation rule of each microscale parameter in the single cell under steady state condition of RSOC is analyzed.The results show that the performance of RSOC is obviously affected by the physical parameters inside the battery stack in both power generation and electrolysis mode,which is the key to design and manufacture high performance and long life RSOC energy interconnection system.
