摘 要:针对城市建设发展过程中不断出现输电系统与油气管道共通道的现象,工程在安全距离建设标准上存在难以调和的问题,本文基于上海某±800 kV直流输电线路,高压直流接地极与输油管道距离过近的实例,提供了一种工程实际的解决思路:通过长期现场调研下的多次实测,并将实测值与模型计算值不断迭代优化,分别确保实测值与CDEGS模型搭建的准确性;分析输电系统多种工况,全面考虑系统对管道的影响;提出可行的工程措施,保证输电系统与管道均能安全运行,为工程上分析解决大城市特高压输电系统与输油管道共通道问题提供重要依据。For the development process of urban construction,the phenomenon of common channel between transmission system and oil and gas pipeline keeps appearing,and the engineering is difficult to reconcile in the safety distance construction standard.Based on an example of a±800 kV DC transmission line in Shanghai,where the high-voltage DC grounding pole is too close to the oil pipeline,this paper provides a practical engineering solution:through multiple actual measurements under long-term field research and continuous iterative optimization of the actual measured values and model calculation values to ensure the accuracy of the actual measured values and CDEGS model construction,respectively;and multiple working conditions of the transmission system are analyzed and the impact of the system on the pipeline is comprehensively considered.We propose feasible engineering measures to ensure the safe operation of both transmission system and pipeline.This paper provides an important basis for engineering analysis to solve the problem of co-channeling between EHV transmission system and oil pipeline in large cities.
