摘 要:综合能源环境下的配网规划复杂性强,分布式电源数量众多,为使配电网规划具有一定的简便性,提出无差异模式规划(简称无差异规划)的概念,即负荷需求(指负荷密度及供电可靠性)相似的分区内各类设备容量的近似一致性规划,且设备数量与分区面积近似成正比关系。无差异规划以牺牲准确性为代价,换取规划的简便性,在复杂环境下的配电网规划类问题中具有一定优势。研究了配电系统、热力系统及分布式电源耦合环境下的配电网无差异规划问题,各主体均可以选择自身的行为模式。通过算例,验证了无差异规划的可行性,并分析了综合能源环境下各主体不同的行为模式对配电网无差异规划的影响及修正方法,验证了其在综合能源环境下的适用性。The distribution network planning under the integrated energy environment was complex with a large number of distributed power sources.In order to simplify the distribution network planning,the concept of indiscriminate planning was proposed,that is,the planning of various equipment capacity in the partitions with similar load demand(characterized by load density and power supply reliability)was approximated,and the number of equipment was approximately proportionaled to the area of the partition.The simplicity was focused by indiscriminate planning at the expense of the accuracy,which had certain advantages in such problems as distribution network planning under complex situations.The problem of indiscriminate planning in the coupled environment of distribution system,thermal system and distributed power system were studied and each subject could choose its own behavior.The feasibility of the indiscriminate planning was verified by an example.The influence and correction methods of different behavior modes of the subjects on the distribution system in the integrated energy environment were analyzed,and the applicability of indiscriminate planning in comprehensive energy environment was verified.
