摘  要:传统配电网通过配电线路向下游负荷节点输送电能,但随着新能源的发展,配电网接入了大量分布式电源。通常这些电源通过逆变器与系统连接,如何调整逆变器有功功率和无功功率的输出才能更好地支持配电网运行是一个亟待解决的问题。以节点处潮流测量值为基础以最优化配电网潮流为目标设计了一种针对逆变器的控制策略,该策略的控制变量是分布式电源输出的有功功率和无功功率。然后将所提控制策略引入配电网机会约束的分布式的潮流方程中,采用增广拉格朗日交替方向非精确牛顿法(augmented Lagrangian alternating direction inexact Newton,ALADIN)分布式求解,确保配电网的电压水平和潮流在允许范围内。算例仿真表明:所提策略可以有效改善配电网的电压分布,并降低配电网的功率损耗。The traditional distribution network transmits electric energy to downstream load nodes through distribution lines.With the development of renewable energy sources,the distribution network has been connected to many distributed power sources.Usually,these power sources are connected to the system through inverters and how to support the operation of distribution network system by adjusting the output of active power and reactive power becomes a problem.The results of local power flow measurement was utilized to design a control strategy for the inverter to achieve the optimal distribution system power flow.The control variables of the moposed strategy were the active power and reactive power output by the distributed power supply.Then the proposed control strategy was introduced into the distributed power flow equation of distribution network with opportunity constraints,and augmented Lagrangian alternating direction inexact Newton(ALADIN)method was utilized to ensure that the voltage level and power flow of the distribution network are within the allowable range.The example simulation shows that in the numerical example that the proposed strategy can effectively improve the voltage distribution and reduce the power loss of the distribution network.
