摘 要:为改善再生混凝土的性能,用废易拉罐剪成纤维条制备纤维再生混凝土。通过纤维增强再生混凝土(fiber reinforced recycled aggregate concrete,FRRAC)、再生混凝土(recycled aggregate concrete,RAC)和天然骨料混凝土(nature aggregate concrete,NAC)的坍落度试验、立方体抗压试验和劈裂抗拉试验,研究废易拉罐粗纤维的长度、掺量对再生混凝土工作性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:纤维再生混凝土的流动性随废易拉罐粗纤维长度和掺量的增大而降低,但小掺量时(0.5%)纤维对再生混凝土流动性影响不大;粗纤维的加入,使得再生混凝土的抗压强度存在小幅波动,但劈拉抗拉强度大幅提高。可见,废易拉罐粗纤维可用作再生混凝土的增强材料,实现环保和固体废物资源化目的。Aiming to improve the properties of recycled aggregate concrete(RAC),waste soft drink cans were processed as macro-fibers to produce fiber reinforced recycled aggregate concrete(FRRAC).Slump,compressive and splitting tensile tests on FRRAC,together with RAC and nature aggregate concrete(NAC)as reference,were performed to investigate the effect of length and dosage of the waste can fibers on RAC properties.The results show that the workability of FRRAC decreases with the length and dosage of the waste can macro-fibers,but little influence is observed with small dosage fibers(0.5%).The compressive strength slightly fluctuates,while the split tensile strength significantly increases with the addition of waste can macro-fibers in RAC.It is concluded that waste can macro-fibers can be used as reinforcement in RAC,which achieves environmental protection and resource utilization of solid waste.
