摘 要:为探究高体积率玻璃纤维掺量(>5%)对砂浆力学性能方面的影响,从水泥试块的成型入手,对力学性能、破坏行为等方面展开研究,通过测试不同玻璃纤维长度的高体积率玻璃纤维增强水泥基材料的抗折、抗压性能,并观测、记录其破坏过程和破坏方式,分析其破坏机理和破坏行为,并通过超景深扫描电子显微镜观察玻璃纤维断裂情况。研究结果表明,随着玻璃纤维体积掺量的提升,抗折和抗压性能初始有大幅度提升,分别达到38.6、55.4 MPa,在7%玻璃纤维掺量时基本平稳,掺量超过10%时成型困难;掺量在7%~10%时,抗折应力-应变曲线出现明显的塑性特征。In order to explore the influence of high volumetric glass fiber content(>5%)on the mechanical properties of mortar,starting from the molding of cement test blocks,the mechanical properties and failure behavior were studied.By testing the flexural and compressive properties of high volumetric glass fiber reinforced cement-based materials with different glass fiber lengths,and observing and recording the failure process and failure mode,the failure mechanism and failure behavior were analyzed.The glass fiber breakage was observed by scanning electron microscope with ultra-depth of field.The research results show that with the increase in the volume of glass fiber,the flexural and compressive properties greatly improve initially,reaching 38.6,55.4 MPa,respectively,and they are basically stable when the glass fiber content is 7%.Forming is difficult when the content exceeds 10%.When the content is 7%~10%,the flexural stress-strain curve has obvious plastic characteristics.
