摘 要:闭式冷却塔向工艺装置区由水冷器、压缩机电机及变频器、空氮站空压机、供热系统热媒循环泵和蒸汽冷凝器等提供循环冷却水,以达到对换热介质进行降温的目的。在实际运行过程中,闭式冷却塔喷淋系统出现了严重结垢,影响换热效果,闭式冷却塔循环水温差达不到设计要求,给生产带来了不利的影响,严重影响装置的安全平稳运行。分析了喷淋系统结垢的原因,对补水水质、循环水水质及垢样成分进行了检测,结合闭式冷却塔结构及现场施工条件等因素,对清洗除垢的方案进行了探讨。确定清洗除垢方案:“碱性置换—酸性溶解”为主、高压射流水清洗为辅。现场实施效果表明,清洗方案达到了预期效果,填料上的水垢清除率达95%,盘管上的水垢去除率达85%;碳钢平均腐蚀率为0.0125 g/(m^(2)·h),对设备安全无害;循环水温差由4.6℃提高到了7.4℃,温差提升幅度达60.8%,为设计温差的92.5%。The closed cooling tower provides circulating cooling water for water coolers,compressor motors and inverters,air compressors in air nitrogen stations,heat medium circulating pumps in heating systems and steam condensers in the process unit area,so as to achieve the purpose of cooling the heat exchange medium.In the actual operation process,there is a serious scaling phenomenon in the spray system of the closed cooling tower,which affects the heat transfer effect,resulting in the temperature difference of the circulating water of the closed cooling tower can not meet the design requirements,which has adverse effects on production and seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the device.In this paper,the causes of scaling in the spray system were analyzed and discussed,and the water quality of the replenishment water,the water quality of the circulating water and the composition of the scale sample are analyzed and tested.Combined with the factors such as the structure of the closed cooling tower and the site construction conditions,the cleaning and descaling scheme is discussed.Finally,the cleaning and descaling scheme is determined as follows:"alkaline replacement-acid dissolution"is the main,and high pressure jet water cleaning is the auxiliary.The field implementation effect showed that the cleaning scheme has achieved the expected effect,the scale removal rate on the filler reached more than 95%,and the scale removal rate on the heat exchange coil reached more than 85%.The average corrosion rate of carbon steel is 0.0125 g/(m^(2)·h),which is safe for equipment.The temperature difference of circulating water increased from 4.6℃to 7.4℃,and the temperature difference increased by 60.8%,reaching 92.5%of the design temperature difference.
