摘 要:随着智能控制、智能监控系统的发展,煤矿开采的无人监控监控系统为提高煤矿生产安全提供了重要支撑。基于现有的MG200/500-WD型采煤机,结合使用经验设计一套监控系统,对监控系统的总体结构设计与软件设计、硬件设计等进行了介绍,并对搭建好的监控系统进行了测试,测试内容包括模块的分别测试以及监控系统的整体测试。测试结果表明,该监控系统运行正常,整体自动化程度较高,数据传输速度及准确性较高,具有远程查看、控制采煤机状态的能力,达到了监控系统的设计目标,对煤矿安全生产具有重要理论意义。With the development of intelligent control and intelligent monitoring system,the unmanned monitoring and monitoring system of coal mining provides important support for improving the safety of coal mine production.Based on the existing MG200/500-WD shearer,a monitoring system was designed in combination with the experience of use.The overall structure design,software design and hardware design of the monitoring system were introduced,and the built monitoring system was carried out.Test content included the separate test of the module and the overall test of the monitoring system.The test results showed that the monitoring system operates normally,had a high degree of overall automation,high data transmission speed and accuracy,it had the ability to remotely view and control the state of the shearer,achieved the design goal of the monitoring system,and had important theoretical significance for the safety of coal mine production.
