摘  要:在超(超)临界火电机组的热力系统中,普遍采用再热循环来提高发电效率。再热汽温过高,会使锅炉金属材料的蠕变速度加快,影响使用寿命;汽温过低,将会引起机组热效率降低,还会造成汽轮机末级叶片处的侵蚀加剧。对于再热汽温的控制,一般采用再热器烟气挡板或是摆动燃烧器来进行调节,以再热器事故喷水作为辅助减温调节。控制策略除了传统控制方式之外,又发展出很多包含高级算法和智能预测的控制方式。这些控制策略或因参数不易设置、或注重于理论研究、或是需要外挂式控制器,故很多电厂仍然选择DCS内部控制方式。应用于某厂600 MW超临界机组,运用大数据处理、可视化等方法,对影响再热汽温的因素进行热力特性分析,找出相关规律,进行逻辑优化,更加精准、高效地对再热汽温进行控制,以稳定参数、减少喷水量,实现节能增效和安全稳定运行。In the thermal system of the super(super)critical thermal power unit,the reheat cycle is generally used to improve the power generation efficiency.If the reheat steam temperature is too high,the creep speed of the boiler metal materials will be accelerated,which will affect the service life;if the steam temperature is too low,the thermal efficiency of the unit will be reduced,and the erosion of the final stage blades of the steam turbine will be aggravated.For the control of the reheated steam temperature,the reheater flue gas baffle or the swing burner is generally used for adjustment,and the reheater accidental water spray is used as an auxiliary temperature reduction adjustment.In addition to traditional control methods,control strategies have developed many control methods including advanced algorithms and intelligent prediction.These control strategies are either difficult to set parameters,or focus on theoretical research,or require external controllers,so many power plants still choose DCS internal control methods.It was applied to a 600 MW supercritical unit in a plant,using methods such as big data processing and visualization to analyze the thermal characteristics of the factors affecting the reheated steam temperature,found out the relevant laws,and carried out logical optimization to more accurately and efficiently treat the reheated steam.The temperature was controlled to stabilize parameters,reduced the amount of water spray,and achieved energy saving,efficiency enhancement and safe and stable operation.
