摘  要:目的:评价小茴香水提液的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法:应用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀研究小茴香水提液的抗炎作用,采用热板法、甲醛法、醋酸致小鼠扭体反应研究小茴香水提液的镇痛作用。结果:小茴香水提液提取物各剂量组与模型组比较,能降低二甲苯所致小鼠的耳廓肿胀度(P<0.05);对热痛刺激的反应时间得到延缓(P<0.05);对甲醛所致的疼痛有一定的抑制作用(P<0.05);能减少醋酸所致的小鼠扭体反应次数,且与剂量呈一定的相关性(P<0.05)。结论:小茴香茎叶水提物具有抗炎镇痛作用。Objective: To evaluate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of fennel water extract. Methods: The anti-inflammatory effect of fennel water extract was studied by ear swelling induced by xylene in mice;The e analgesic effect of fennel water extract was studied by hot plate method, formaldehyde method and acetic acid-induced writhing reaction in mice. Results: Compared with model group, fennel water extract could reduce the degree of auricle swelling induced by xylene(P<0.05). The reaction time to heat pain stimulus was delayed(P<0.05). It could inhibit the pain induced by formaldehyde(P<0.05). It can reduce the number of writhing reaction caused by acetic acid in mice, and has a certain correlation with the dose(P<0.05). Conclusions: Fennel stem and leaf water extract has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
