摘  要:未来6G网络将是物理世界和数字世界的融合,实现万物互联、智能感知的场景。智能可重构表面(Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface,RIS)是未来6G通信重要发展方向。在微波频段智能可重构超表面的研究基础上,提出了一种太赫兹频段智能可重构超表面。该超表面单元加载PIN二极管作为有源器件对电磁波动态调控,根据二极管的通和断两种状态进行编码排列,可以实现波束扫描、波束卷积和RCS缩减等功能。该研究为太赫兹智能可重构超表面的发展提供了技术基础,在未来6G太赫兹通信等领域有重要的应用前景。Future 6G network will be the fusion of physical world and digital world,realizing interconnection of everything and scene of intelligent perception.Intelligent reconfigurable surface is an important development direction of 6G communication in the future.Based on the research of intelligent reconfigurable metasurface in microwave band,an intelligent reconfigurable metasurface in terahertz band is proposed.The PIN diode loaded by the metasurface unit acts as an active device to regulate the electromagnetic wave dynamically,and codes and aligns according to the on and off states of the diode,which can realize beam scanning,beam convolution and RCS reduction.This research provides a technical basis for the development of terahertz intelligent reconfigurable metasurface,and has important application prospects in future 6G terahertz communication and defense fields.
