摘　　要：针对高通量卫星多点波束组网下动中通站型跨波束、跨信关站以及跨星切换中存在的影响通信质量的问题,研究了可行的切换实现方案,提升了用户使用时的质量。在动中通应用场景中,用户站基于地理位置信息发起越区切换,介绍了越区切换解决方案,采用了信关站结合信号质量和目的波束资源分配情况进行切换控制的方法,对切换过程中的通信质量保障技术进行了研究和优化,达到了良好的用户体验。In order to solve the communication quality problems existing in multi⁃point beam networking of high⁃throughput satel⁃lite,such as the cross⁃beam,cross⁃station and cross⁃satellite switching,a feasible switching scheme is studied.In the application scenario of mobile communication,the user station initiates over zone switching based on geographic location information,and the solution of over zone switching is introduced.A switching control method combining signal quality and target beam resource allocation is adopted.Com⁃munication quality assurance technology in the switching process is studied and optimized to achieve good user experience.
