摘 要:甘露饮源于《太平惠民和剂局方》,原方主治脾胃受湿、胃中客热之证。中焦湿热既可因湿热上炎犯及上焦,又可因湿热下注侵及下焦,从而导致三焦气机不利,水液代谢失常。故甘露饮证在主证湿热阴虚之余,更有气液不通,三焦湿热郁滞之意。甘露饮除清热利湿养阴外,还有行气利湿、宣通玄府、通利三焦、通调脏腑之功。临证将甘露饮用于口腔扁平苔藓及嗜酸细胞增多症,可获佳效。Ganlu Drink originated from Taiping Huimin Heju Fang.It is considered that Ganlu Drink is mainly characterized by damp heat and yin deficiency, but also has the meaning of qi-liquid blockage and damp heat stagnation of Sanjiao.In the composition of the prescription, in addition to clearing damp heat and nourishing Yin, it also reflects the meaning of passing qi-liquid and regulating Sanjiao.Clinically, the prescription was used in the treatment of oral lichen planus and eosinophilia, and achieved a certain effect.Starting with combing the ancient and modern literature of this prescription, studying its prescription and syndrome, combined with clinical practice, breaking the cognitive limitations of clearing heat, promoting dampness and nourishing yin, and further exploring its profound meaning of passing qi and liquid and regulating Sanjiao, which can provide new ideas for clinical practice.
