摘　　要：慢性肾功能衰竭总属本虚标实、虚实错杂之证。从其病机为痰饮、湿热、瘀血和浊毒等标实之邪久羁、化生“宛陈”,与虚体互结互损为切入点,提出“去宛陈莝”法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的内涵包括温化痰饮、渐清湿热、缓消瘀血和徐化浊毒等,并因瘀血和浊毒为病机关键,遂以后两者为治法核心。Chronic renal failure(CRF) is mainly a syndrome that asthenia in origin and excessiveness in superficiality, in which both of the two are mixed.In the he pathogenesis, from the perspective of Phlegm-drinking, Damp-Heat, blood stasis, and Turbid toxins as well as the long-term stagnation of "Yu Chen",which constantly damages the weak body, it is proposed that the connotation of the "Qu Yu Chen Cuo" method in treatment of CRF include warming and removing Phlegm-fluid, gradually clearing Damp-heat, slowly resolving blood stasis and tardily dissolving Turbid-toxin.Besides, Blood stasis and Turbid-toxin are the keys factors in the pathogenesis, so both of them are the core focus of the treatment method.
