中医药防治阿尔茨海默病的代谢组学研究

摘　　要：基于代谢组学技术,依据阿尔茨海默病的氨基酸代谢、脂质代谢、神经递质类代谢、肠道菌群代谢、能量代谢等代谢途径,归纳整理定志小丸、补阳还五汤、开心散、恒清Ⅱ号方等5种中药复方,人参皂苷Re、丹参提取物、益智仁提取物、黑水缬草提取物、白藜芦醇、五味子木脂素、五味子多糖、蛇床子素、巴戟天低聚糖、灯盏花素等10种中药提取物,以及人参皂苷-远志皂苷1组中药药对在防治阿尔茨海默病中的代谢组学实验研究,以探究中药对阿尔茨海默病相关代谢标记物的调控作用,发现了色氨酸、谷氨酸、苯丙氨酸、胆固醇、花生四烯酸、神经鞘氨醇、溶血磷脂酰胆碱等多种与阿尔茨海默病相关的潜在代谢标记物。Based on metabolomics technology, according to the metabolic pathways of amino acid metabolism, lipid metabolism, neurotransmitter metabolism, intestinal flora metabolism, and energy metabolism in Alzheimer′s disease, 5 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine compounds, including Dingzhi xiao Pill, Buyang Huanwu Decoction, Kaixin Powder, and Hengqing Ⅱ prescriptions and 10 kinds of Chinese herbal extracts including Renshenzaogan Re, Danshen extract, Yizhiren extract, Heishuixiecao extract, Resveratrol, Schisandra lignan, Schisandra chinensis polysaccharide, Osthole, Morinda officinalis oligosaccharide, Breviscapine, etc.are summarized sorted out.The metabolomics experimental study of ginsenoside-polysaccharide 1 group of traditional Chinese medicines in the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer′s disease, to explore the regulatory effect of traditional Chinese medicine on Alzheimer′s disease-related metabolic markers, and a variety of potential metabolic markers associated with Alzheimer′s disease were found, including tryptophan, glutamate, phenylalanine, cholesterol, arachidonic acid, sphingosine, and lysophosphatidylcholine.
