白花蛇舌草防治结直肠息肉

摘　　要：肠道湿热及湿邪困脾是结直肠肠息肉病机的关键,而白花蛇舌草具有利湿、散结、清热之功效,对抑制结直肠息肉的癌变及复发具有良好的作用。白花蛇舌草主要通过发挥细胞毒性作用、激活机体免疫、促凋亡、抗炎、抑制淋巴管和血管生长等,阻滞结直肠肿瘤的进展。但目前研究欠缺预防大肠息肉复发的大样本、多中心的临床研究论证,防治息肉复发的中药及方剂中的具体有效成分尚未明确。今后需进一步开展大样本的临床试验研究,验证白花蛇舌草防治结直肠息肉复发的有效性,同时从分子水平研究其作用靶点及机制,为临床应用提供理论依据。Intestinal Dampness Heat and Dampness pathogens trapping the Spleen are the keys to the pathogenesis of colorectal polyps.Baihua Sheshecao(Herba Hedyotis),however, has the effects of Damp elimination, resolving static Blood, dispersing and clearing Heat, and has a good effect on inhibiting the canceration or recurrence of colorectal polyps.Baihua Sheshecao mainly blocks the progression of colorectal tumors by exerting cytotoxic effects, activating the body′s immunity, promoting apoptosis, anti-inflammatory, inhibiting the growth of lymphatic vessels and blood vessels, etc.However, the current research lacks large-scale, multi-center clinical research demonstrations on the prevention of colorectal polyp recurrence and the specific active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicines and prescriptions for the prevention and treatment of polyp recurrence are not yet clear.In the future, it is necessary to further carry out large-scale clinical trials to verify the effectiveness of Baihua Sheshecao in preventing and treating colorectal polyp recurrence, and to study its target and mechanism at the molecular level, so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical application.
