摘　　要：贺氏无痛进针法是“贺氏三通法”针刺操作中的一个环节,贺普仁秉承古人“针入贵速”“令志在针”思想,其独特的毫针努劲单手进针法、飞针单手进针法、火针进针法操作要领明晰,进针过程注重带气进针、治神守神、刺有深浅。为达到无痛,提出了二指禅、顶指法、夹木锥、捻线法等特色练习法,并身体力行,勤练功法,提高疗效。临床上综合运用三通之法,同一患者接受不同针具的刺激,无痛进针法减少了患者皮卫之气的损伤,消除了其对针刺的恐惧,使其经气顺达。He′s painless acupuncture method is a part of the acupuncture needling operation of "He′s Santong method".He Puren adhering to the ancients′ thoughts of "needling precious in its speed" and "infusing the mind into the needles".The operational actions of its unique single-hand needling method, flying needling method, and fire needling method are clear and skillful.The process of needling pays attention to inserting with Qi, treating the spirit while guarding it, and every needle has its own depth.To achieve the painless effect, characteristic practice methods such as two-finger meditation, top fingering method, wood cone clamping method, and line twisting method are proposed.And practice the exercises diligently to improve the curative effect.Clinically, the Santong method is comprehensively used, and the same patient is stimulated by different needles.The painless acupuncture method reduces the damage of Wei Qi of the patient′s skin, eliminates the fear of acupuncture, and makes the meridian Qi flow smoothly.
