摘　　要：民用建筑的人口密度高、业态也更复杂,在发生火灾等紧急形势下,更易造成重大人员伤亡事故。民用建筑内的疏散措施主要为消防应急照明和疏散指示系统,可有效保障人员及时疏散和救援工作。从国家标准规范角度详细介绍消防应急照明和疏散指示系统,并从设计的有效性、合理性和安全性等方面进行简要分析。Civil buildings have a higher population density and more complex formats, and it is more likely to cause major casualties in emergency situations such as fires. Evacuation measures for civil buildings mainly refer to fire emergency lighting and evacuation instruction systems. This measure can effectively ensure the timely evacuation and rescue of personnel. The authors detail the system from a national perspective.
