摘  要:GX53型灯具是一种单色温产品,色温分别为3 000 K、4 000 K、6 500 K,考虑到产品功能多元化、成本最优化,计划将3款产品功能集成为1款。为此需要增加1个调色温的拨码开关,但该产品需要灌导热胶,导热胶流动性好,容易流入拨码开关,造成拨码开关无法拨动而失效。为防止导热胶进入,在原结构件上增加PC硬性阻隔层,在不增加额外零件的基础上,解决拨码开关的密封阻隔问题。结构件一次性注塑成型,不增加额外工序。结果表明,PC硬性材料对导热胶起到阻隔作用,质量稳定,成功率高,达到预期效果。GX53 luminary is a single color temperature product, there are 3 000 K, 4 000 K and 6 500 K models respectively. Consider product function diversification, cost optimization. It is planned to integrate the functions of three products into one. For this reason, it is necessary to add a dip switch for the adjust color temperature, but the product needs to be filled with heating-conducting glue, which has good fluidity, the heating-conducting glue is easy to flow into the dip switch, resulting in the dip switch cannot be toggled and failure. Therefore, it is necessary to solve the failure problem of the dip switch by preventing the heating-conducting glue from entering, and saving the amount of heating-conducting glue at the same time. In this research scheme, the most economical method is to add a hard barrier layer on the original structural parts without adding additional parts to solve the sealing barrier problem of the dip switch. The structural part is molded by injection molding at one time without adding additional procedures. The final test results show that the quality is stable, the success rate is high, and the expected effect is achieved. It proves that PC hard material can block heating-conducting glue.
