摘 要:以0.8B_(4)C-0.2SiC复合材料为基础,以TiC、酚醛树脂、聚醚酰亚胺和聚乙烯醇缩丁醛为添加剂,采用无压烧结技术制备B_(4)C-SiC-TiC复合陶瓷材料。通过测试TiC掺入量分别为3wt%、6wt%、9wt%、12wt%和15wt%时,在2150℃下无压烧结制备出的样品的微观结构和力学性能,研究TiC掺入量对复合材料烧结过程及性能的影响。结果表明,向B_(4)C-SiC复合陶瓷材料中掺入一定量的TiC,有利于复合材料的致密化烧结,同时可以提高复合材料的力学性能。TiC掺入量为9wt%时,样品气孔率最低,TiC掺入量为12wt%时,样品烧结程度最高;TiC掺入量为12wt%时,样品相对密度、弯曲强度和断裂韧性达到最大值,分别为94.5%、239MPa和4.91MPa·m^(1/2)。B_(4)C-SiC-TiC composite ceramic materials were prepared by non-pressure sintering technology on the basis of 0.8B_(4)C-0.2SiC composite materials and with TiC,phenolic resin,polyether imide and polyvinyl butyral as additives.By testing the microstructures and mechanical properties of the samples prepared by non-pressure sintering at 2150℃with TiC doping at 3wt%,6wt%,9wt%,12wt%and 15wt%respectively,the influence of TiC doping on the sintering process and properties of composite materials was studied.The results show that the incorporation of TiC into B_(4)C-SiC composite ceramic materials is beneficial to the densification and sintering of the composite materials,and can improve the mechanical properties of the composite materials.When TiC incorporation was 9wt%,the sample porosity was the lowest,and when TiC incorporation was 12wt%,the sample sintering degree was the highest.When TiC incorporation was 12wt%,the relative density,bending strength and fracture toughness of the samples reached the maximum value,which were 94.5%、239MPa and 4.91MPa·m^(1/2).
