摘　　要：高质量黑色坯体岩板的研发和生产具有较大的难度,而黑色色料的质量评价和选用是其中的关键。本文从铁铬固溶体型黑色色料的物相分析、发色性能、使用掺量、产品厚度、坯体配方和烧成制度等方面进行了分析和探讨,有利于协助企业建立岩板用黑色色料的质量评价依据,提升岩板产品质量。The research and manufacturing of high-quality porcelain slabs with black color are quite difficult,the most important issue is the evaluation and selection of the black pigment.This paper analyzes and discusses the phase analysis,color performance and dosage of the iron-chromium solid solution black pigment,thickness,formulation and firing schedule of product,which will help to establish the evaluation method of the black pigment.
