摘　　要：先天性左心室室壁瘤(CLVA)是临床上一种十分罕见的心脏畸形,临床表现不典型,超声心动图及心脏磁共振成像检查是诊断CLVA的重要方法。CLVA的治疗以手术治疗与对症治疗为主。本文将对CLVA的诊断与治疗进展做一综述。Congenital left ventricular aneurysm(CLVA)is an extremely rare cardiac malformation in the clinic with atypical manifestations.Echocardiography and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging are of great importance in the diagnosis of CLVA.Surgery and symptom controll are the main choices in the treatment of CLVA.Thus,this paper will review the progress in the diagnosis and treatment of CLVA.
