摘  要:基于物联网和人工智能技术,以高度集成的控制服务器为核心,充分结合农务系统,建立一套便捷且安全的甘蔗原料全自动过磅模式,设计可集成车牌识别、视频监控、道闸、仪表数据等各种设备信号,且可与农务系统数据库进行实时数据交互的无人值守自动过磅系统,以达到地磅减员增效、规范甘蔗过磅流程的效果。本文针对该系统的硬件组成、结构设计、各子系统的工作原理和流程进行分析介绍,并对其安全性、运行常见问题与解决预案、与传统人工过磅优劣势对比和改进设想进行探讨。该套无人值守自动过磅系统具有高效、简单、便捷的特性,在提高工作效率的同时,可取得较好的经济效益和社会效益,并提高企业的管理水平和竞争力。Based on the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence technology,with a highly integrated control server as the core,fully integrated with the agricultural system,a convenient and safe automatic weighing mode for sugarcane raw materials is established.The design can integrate license plate recognition,video surveillance,road gates,and instruments Data and other equipment signals,and an unattended automatic weighing system that can exchange real-time data with the agricultural system database,so as to achieve the effect of reducing staff and increasing efficiency and standardizing the sugarcane weighing process.This paper analyzes and introduces the hardware composition,structural design,working principle and process of each subsystem of the system,and discusses its security,operation common problems and solutions,comparison with traditional manual weighing advantages and disadvantages,and improvement ideas.This set of unattended automatic weighing system has the characteristics of high efficiency,simplicity and convenience.While improving work efficiency,it can achieve better economic and social benefits,and improve the management level and competitiveness of enterprises.
