摘　　要：园林成本控制贯穿于恩施巴山春晓小区园林景观工程各阶段,主要控制在园林项目实施前的准备阶段(方案编制论证阶段、施工图修订阶段、招投标阶段)及施工过程的成本控制。而施工前的准备阶段是明确控制工程成本与建设园林效果目标的初始时期,是投资决策的主要依据、关键点。本文就如何控制房产项目园林成本的重要性做出分析。Garden cost control runs through all stages of landscape engineering in Bashan Chunxiao Community,Enshi,mainly in the preparation stage(scheme preparation demonstration stage,construction drawing revision stage,bidding stage)and the cost control of the construction process.The preparation stage before the constructi on is the initial period of clearly controlling the project cost and the construction garden effect goal,which is the main basis and key point of the investment decision.This paper analyzes the importance of how to control the ga rden cost of real property projects.
