摘　　要：NDC ROMETER光学平直度仪广泛应用于钢铁冶炼厂热轧、精轧、卷取、炉卷轧机、厚板、冷轧、处理线等工段,可以和NDC宽度测量仪组合使用,用于测量带钢的平直度和宽度。平直度仪利用激光照射在带钢上形成的三角形原理,将测得的带钢高度信号转换为电信号,并利用高度和速度信号换算为平直度,测量结果送PLC(Programmable Logic Controller,可编程逻辑控制器)、二级服务器进行平直度控制及质量管理等。NDC ROMETER Optical flatness meter is widely used in hot rolling,finishing rolling,coiling,steckel rolling mill,thick plate,cold rolling,treatment line and other sections of iron and steel smelters.It can be combined with NDC width meter.It is used to measure the flatness and width of strip steel.The flatness meter uses the laser triangle principle to convert the strip steel height signal into electrical signal,and converts the height signal and speed signal into flatness.The measurement results are sent to PLC and level two computer for flatness control and quality management.
