摘 要:本文利用CFD技术预测带软门冷库在开启、装卸货物的过程中,冷库内温度场和气流场的变化,并与实验结果进行对比分析,分析了软门帘在阻隔冷量散失、维持冷库温度中的作用。结果表明:冷库门保持开启状态,软门帘关闭后的5 min,冷库内平均温度基本稳定在6℃,表明了软门帘对屏蔽冷热对流、阻隔冷库内热量散失具有重要作用;在软门帘和制冷系统的共同作用下,整个装卸、理货过程,货物温升小于1.5℃,即在安装软门帘的冷库装卸货物,冷库开门对货物储存的短时影响相对较小,不会直接造成货物温度急剧上升,对药物的储存具有参考意义。The CFD technology is adopted to predict the changes in the temperature field and airflow field in the cold storage during the opening and loading and unloading of the cold storage with soft doors, and the results are compared with the experimental results. The role of the soft curtain in blocking the loss of cold energy and maintaining the temperature of the cold storage is analyzed. The results show that, when the cold storage door remains open, after the soft curtain is closed 5 min later, the average temperature in the cold storage is basically stable at 6 °C, indicating that the soft curtain plays an important role in shielding the convection of cold and heat and preventing heat loss in the cold storage;under the combined action of the soft curtain and the refrigeration system, the temperature rise of the goods during the whole loading and unloading and tallying process is less than 1.5 ℃, that is, when loading and unloading goods in the cold storage with soft curtains, the short-term impact of the cold storage door opening on the storage of goods is relatively small, and it will not directly cause a sharp rise in the temperature of the goods, which is of reference significance for the storage of drugs.
