摘　　要：目的观察McKenzie疗法联合中频电疗在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果。方法选取符合纳入标准的120例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组给予中频电疗,观察组在中频电疗的基础上配合McKenzie疗法进行治疗,分别于治疗前后评定患者疼痛、腰痛以及临床疗效,并比较6个月复发率。结果治疗两个疗程后,两组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);两组患者腰痛评分均增加,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗6个月后观察组复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论McKenzie疗法联合中频电疗临床治疗效果优于单纯中频电疗,能够加速患者症状好转,明显改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的症状,提高患者生活质量,减少复发。Objective To observe the effect of McKenzie therapy combined with intermediate frequency electrical therapy on lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into intervention group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The intervention group were received McKenzie therapy combined with intermediate frequency electrical therapy and control group were given intermediate frequency electrical therapy.Pain degree,pain of low back,clinical effect of patients and recurrence rates at 6 mouths in the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After two courses of treatment,the visual analog scores(VAS)of the two groups decreased,and the observation period was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),the scores of Japanese Orthpopedic Association(JOA)of the two groups increased,and the observation period was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Recurrence rate after 6 months in intervention group was significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion McKenzie therapy combined with intermediate frequency electrical therapy has a better effect on patients with lumbar disc herniation than single intermediate frequency electrical therapy.It can relieve the symptoms,improve the patients'quality of life,and reduce recurrence rate.
