摘　　要：医师多点执业的实践存在医师注册备案、执业机构、医师个人的权益保障、医疗风险分担和防控等法律问题。其一定程度上阻碍了多点执业的进一步发展,故须完善多点执业相关主体权益的法律制度,医师多点执业的风险防控和分担机制,从法律层面助推医师多点执业、优化医疗资源配置的改革顺利进行。There are some legal problems in the development of doctors'multi-sited license,mainly involv⁃ing doctors'registration,the protection of the rights and interests of practicing institutions and doctors,as well as the sharing,prevention and control of medical risks,which has hindered the further development of this practice.There⁃fore,we should perfect the relevant laws and regulations,improve the risk prevention and sharing mechanism,and carry out smoothly from the legal level the reform of doctors'multi-sited license and the optimization of the alloca⁃tion of medical resources.
