摘 要:糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)是糖尿病最常见的神经系统并发症之一,给糖尿病患者带来极大的身体疼痛和生活不便.研究旨在评估CDDP对DPN患者感觉神经传导速度(SCV)和运动神经传导速度(MCV)的改善情况.在文献研究中,我们提取了可以突出CDDP对DPN治疗效果显着的指标变量,如正中神经、尺神经、腓总神经和胫神经的SCV和MCV,应用Review Manager 5.3软件进行荟萃分析.研究结果表明:治疗组的疗效改善情况优于对照组(OR4.46,95%CI3.15~6.31,p<0.00001);治疗组的正中神经感觉传导速度明显提高(MD=3.72,95%CI[1.93,5.52],p<0.0001),治疗组与对照组的正中神经运动传导速度水平具有统计学差异[MD=4.10,95%CI(2.71,5.48),p<0.00001].研究结论为:CDDP对DPN治疗以改善正中神经、尺神经、腓总神经和胫神经的SCV和MCV为主要机制,可提高神经传导速度,并具有安全性.Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)is one of the most common neurological complications of diabetes,which brings great physical pain and inconvenience to diabetic patients.The purpose of this study is to evaluate the improvement of sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV)and motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV)of CDDP in patients with DPN.In the literature research,we extracted the index variables that can highlight the significant effects of CDDP on DPN treatment,such as the SCV and MCV of the median nerve,ulnar nerve,common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve using Review Manager 5.3 software for Meta analysis.Results show that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(OR 4.46,95%CI 3.15-6.31,p<0.00001).The median nerve sensory conduction velocity in the treatment group was significantly increased(MD=3.72,95%CI[1.93,5.52],p<0.0001),and the median nerve motor conduction velocity levels in the treatment group and the control group were statistically different[MD=4.10,95%CI(2.71,5.48),p<0.00001].It is concluded that the treatment of DPN by CDDP is based on improving the SCV and MCV of the median nerve,ulnar nerve,common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve,and is safe by increasing nerve conduction velocity.
