摘  要:工业纯铁M6材料的成分要求碳含量在0.01%以下,在炼钢工序采用RH精炼真空吹氧脱碳工艺,成功生产了合格的Φ6.5 mm规格超低碳工业纯铁线材。RH脱碳工艺的真空压力为67 Pa时真空处理时间为15±2 min,驱动气体前期调节为50±5 m^(3)/h,中期待平稳后调节到100±10 m^(3)/h、补氧强制脱碳的供氧强调为0.18~0.20 m^(3)·t^(-1)·min^(-1)。成品检验结果为平均w[C]为39×10^(-4)%、导电率为16.29%,满足客户使用要求。Thecomposition of industrial pure iron M6 material requires that the carbon content is less than 0.01%.In the steelmaking process,RH refining vacuum oxygen blowing decarburization process is adopted,and thequalified steel is successfully producedΦ6.5mm ultra-low carbon industrial pure iron wire rod.When the vacuum pressure of RH decarburization process is 67Pa,the vacuum treatment time is 15±2min,and the driving gas is adjusted to 50±5m^(3)/h at the initial stage.After adjusting to 100±10m^(3)/hin the medium term,the oxygen supply of forced decarburization is emphasized to be 0.18~0.20m^(3)·t^(-1).min^(-1).The inspection result of finished products is that the average w[C]is 39×10^(-4)%and conductivity of 16.29%,meeting customer requirements.
