摘 要:电力网络损耗是能源领域降损的重点,配电网一直以来是电力行业降损的重点。传统配电网降损措施对设备因素考虑比较全面,例如增加导线截面、优化配变容量和采用低损变压器等;而电网运行中的谐波、电压波动、三相不平衡等电能质量问题以及系统功率因数同样是影响配电网损耗的重要因素。但现有配电网理论线损计算分析方法鲜有考虑电能质量问题。因此,为了结合配电网的实际发展情况,有效开展节降损工作,在进行10kV配电网线损计算时如何计及电能质量因素具有十分重要的意义。本论文深入剖析谐波扰动与损耗间的关联、完善丰富配电网损耗分析及计算方法,为低压配电网制定电能质量治理与节能降损综合增效方案提供理论支撑,以供参考。power network loss is the focus of loss reduction in the energy field,and distribution network has always been the focus of loss reduction in the power industry.The traditional distribution network loss reduction measures consider the equipment factors comprehensively,such as increasing the conductor section,optimizing the distribution transformer capacity and adopting low loss transformer;The power quality problems such as harmonics,voltage fluctuations,three-phase imbalance and system power factor are also important factors affecting the loss of distribution network.However,the existing theoretical line loss calculation and analysis methods of distribution network rarely consider the problem of power quality.Therefore,in order to effectively carry out the work of saving and reducing loss in combination with the actual development of distribution network,it is of great significance to take into account the factors of power quality when calculating the line loss of 10 kV distribution network.This paper deeply analyzes the relationship between harmonic disturbance and loss,improves and enriches the loss analysis and calculation methods of distribution network,and provides theoretical support for the formulation of comprehensive efficiency scheme of power quality control and energy conservation and loss reduction in low-voltage distribution network for reference.
