摘 要:针对PO/SM装置废液COD浓度高、盐含量高、色度高、成分复杂、难生物降解等特点,对PO/SM装置废液的处理技术进行了研究。分析了湿式氧化(WAO)技术对PO/SM装置废液的处理效果,在此基础上运用厌氧+好氧组合工艺对PO/SM装置废液进行生化处理,并对生化后废液进行臭氧氧化等深度处理。实验结果表明该工艺路线可行,当进水TOC达49630mg/L时,出水TOC降到21mg/L,基本达到一级A排放标准,废液处理成本由焚烧成本的1200元/吨降至485元/吨。According to the characteristics of high COD concentration,high salt content,high chromaticity,complex composition and difficult biodegradation of PO/SM device waste liquid,the treatment technology of PO/SM device waste liquid was studied.The treatment effect of wet air oxidation(WAO)technology on the waste liquid of PO/SM unit is analyzed.On this basis,the combined anaerobic+aerobic process is used to carry out biochemical treatment on the waste liquid of PO/SM unit,and the biochemical waste liquid is further treated by ozone oxidation.The experimental results show that the process route is feasible.When the TOC of inlet water reaches 49630mg/L,the TOC of outlet water is reduced to 21mg/L,which basically meets the first-class a discharge standard.The waste liquid treatment cost is reduced from 1200 yuan/ton of incineration cost to 485 yuan/ton.
