摘　　要：石蜡是一种重要的石油产品,随着过去几年全球石蜡产量一直处于下降之中,国内外石蜡市场产品价格不断上升。在石蜡市场价格大幅上涨的背景下,各企业以持续开展生产优化、装置优化、增产高效产品为目标,石蜡的产能和质量变得尤为重要。酮苯脱蜡脱油联合装置作为决定公司石蜡产能和质量的重要一环,直接影响公司石蜡产能及产品质量。本文从优化加工重质原料生产石蜡的方向出发,提出了原料性质、溶剂性质和结晶条件这三个对重质原料生产石蜡生产影响最大的因素。通过对这三点因素的理论研究和实际生产分析,总结出一系列方法和结论,对实际生产过程有一定指导意义。Paraffin is a kind of petroleum product of significant importance.The continuous decline of paraffin production for the past few years has led to a constant rising of domestic and overseas paraffin product price.In the context of the substantial rise in paraffin market price,the production capacity and quality of paraffin have become particularly crucial for enterprises to keep carrying out production optimization,device optimization and the increase of high-profit products.Ketone-benzene dewaxing and deoiling unit is an important unit that determines the paraffin production capacity and quality of enterprise.Oriented by maximizing the production of paraffin from processing heavy feedstock,three factors that have the greatest impact on manufacturing paraffin from heavy feedstock were proposed in this study,namely feedstock properties,solvent properties and crystallization conditions,respectively.A set of methodologies and conclusions were obtained by conducting theoretical research and practical production analysis on these three factors,which provided considerable guiding significance for actual refining process.
