摘  要:本文以广东大唐国际雷州发电有限责任公司百万二次再热机组为例,详细介绍了百万二次再热机组在一次调频方面存在的不足。介绍了凝结水节流一次调频技术的原理、开环试验方案、试验结果,并对百万二次机组增加凝结水节流一次调频技术后的实际效果进行了对比分析,通过分析得出结论,凝结水节流一次调频技术在二次再热机组上应用后大大提高了机组的一次调频性能,解决了机组因处于纯滑压运行工况下的一次调频能力不足的问题,提高了机组响应电网频率变化的速度和能力,一次调频考核次数大大降低,该技术值得在类似火力发电机组中推广。This paper takes the million secondary reheat unit of Guangdong Datang International Leizhou Power Generation Co.,Ltd.as an example,and introduces in detail the shortcomings of the million secondary reheat unit in primary frequency regulation.The principle,open-loop test scheme and test results of the condensate throttling primary frequency modulation technology are introduced,and the actual effect of the condensate throttling primary frequency modulation technology for millions of secondary units is compared and analyzed,and the conclusion is drawn through the analysis.After the condensate throttling primary frequency regulation technology is applied to the secondary reheat unit,the primary frequency regulation performance of the unit is greatly improved,the problem of insufficient primary frequency regulation capability of the unit due to the pure sliding pressure operating condition is solved,and the response of the unit to the power grid is improved.The speed and ability of frequency change,and the number of frequency modulation assessments are greatly reduced.This technology is worth promoting in similar thermal power generating units.
