摘 要:随着沧州市管道装备的迅猛发展,钢管管材的轧制过程质量控制对沧州市钢管企业的发展至关重要。以沧州市某企业的钢管减径轧制过程为例,对管材轧制过程的质量控制进行了有限元分析,研究了在不同减径量、减壁量、送进量及摩擦系数等工艺参数下钢管管材的应力、应变的变化规律,以及轧辊轧制力的变化规律,并确定了最佳工艺参数,提高了钢管管材的轧制质量,为沧州市管材企业提供了技术支持,推动了其发展。With the rapid development of pipeline equipment in Cangzhou,the quality control of the rolling process of steel pipes is very important to the development of Cangzhou steel pipe enterprises.Taking the steel pipe diameter reduction rolling process of an enterprise in Cangzhou City as an example,the finite element analysis of the quality control of the pipe rolling process was carried out,and the process parameters such as different diameter reduction,wall reduction,feed rate and friction coefficient were studied.The change law of stress and strain of the steel pipe and the change law of the rolling force of the roll,and the optimal process parameters were determined,which improved the rolling quality of the steel pipe,provided technical support for Cangzhou pipe enterprises,and promoted its developing.
