摘  要:焦化行业烟气脱硝治理技术普遍采用SCR法,为解决中低温烟气工况下脱硝性能稳定达标,延长中低温脱硝催化剂的运行周期,降低过程能耗。采用X射线荧光光谱、热重、SEM、XPS和BET等手段对山西某焦化厂中低温SCR脱硝中的非钒系列化剂进行理化性能表征,阐述了中低温含SO_(2)烟气工况下SCR脱硝催化剂失活的现象。结果表明:在中低温含SO_(2)烟气工况下,SCR脱硝催化剂性能下降主要原因是表面存在粘性的硫酸氢铵,覆盖催化剂微孔,进而致使催化剂有效比表面积下降。The flue gas denitrification treatment technology in the coking industry generally adopts the SCR method,which can solve the problem that the denitrification performance reaches the standard under medium and low temperature flue gas conditions,prolong the operation period of the medium and low temperature denitrification catalyst,and reduce the process energy consumption.The physical and chemical properties of the non-vanadium serializers in the medium and low temperature SCR denitrification of a coking plant in Shanxi were characterized by means of X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy,thermogravimetry,SEM,XPS and BET.The phenomenon of deactivation of SCR denitration catalyst under medium and low temperature flue gas containing SO_(2) is expounded.The results show that the main reason for the decrease of the performance of SCR denitration catalyst under the condition of medium and low temperature flue gas containing SO_(2) is the existence of viscous ammonium hydrogen sulfate on the surface,which covers the micropores of the catalyst,thereby reducing the effective specific surface area of the catalyst.
