摘 要:针对烟气流速静电传感器信号感应弱的问题,提出了一种外加电压激发气体电离结构以增强传感器内部环形电极信号感应效应的方法。通过COMSOL MULTIPHYSICS仿真软件对使气体发生电离的针尖电极结构展开研究,比较分析了不同电极夹角的放电效果,并给出了针尖电极与环形电极的最佳配合参数,为增强环形电极信号感应效应,提升静电传感器测速准确性提供一定的理论基础。Aiming at the problem of weak signal induction of electrostatic sensor for flue gas flow rate,a method to enhance the signal induction effect of ring electrode in the sensor by exciting gas ionization structure with applied voltage is proposed.The COMSOL MULTIPHYSICS simulation software was used to study the structure of the needle tip electrode which made the gas ionized.The discharge effects of different electrode angles was compared and analyzed,and the optimal matching parameters of needle tip electrode and ring electrode are given,which provides a theoretical basis for enhancing the signal induction effect of ring electrode and improving the speed measurement accuracy of electrostatic sensor.
