摘　　要：为解决当前机械炉排锅炉运行过程中热效率低的问题,开展对其科学操作方法的设计研究。在明确机械炉排锅炉燃烧调整的原则基础上,通过机械炉排锅炉脱硝、脱硫处理;合理布置前、后拱,强化炉内燃烧;增加炉排有效面积,确保锅炉出力;加装袋式除尘器,提出一种全新的操作方法。通过对比实验的方式验证新的操作方法应用性能,通过结果表明,新的操作方法可以起到提高机械炉排锅炉运行热效率的作用,即设计的方法更具实操性。in order to solve the problem of low thermal efficiency in the operation of mechanical grate boiler,the design and research of its scientific operation method is carried out.On the basis of clarifying the principle of combustion adjustment of mechanical grate boiler,denitration and desulfurization treatment of mechanical grate boiler;Reasonably arrange the front and rear arches to strengthen the combustion in the furnace;Increase the effective area of the grate to ensure the output of the boiler;A new operation method is proposed by adding bag filter.The application performance of the new operation method is verified by comparative experiments.The results show that the new operation method can improve the thermal efficiency of mechanical grate boiler,that is,the design method is more practical.
