摘  要:针对传统的超宽带滤波器存在陷波深度不足的问题,基于新型缺陷地面结构和加载枝节的方法设计了一款超宽带滤波器。该结构通过内嵌、折叠开路枝节来形成双陷波带,在保证尺寸紧凑的同时实现了对陷波的需求。为了保证陷波深度,在超宽带滤波器两端加载了不对称倒T型枝节。通过刻蚀新型缺陷地面结构来增强带外抑制特性以及陷波深度。该滤波器工作频段在2.8~11.4 GHz,插入损耗较小,在5.3 GHz和8 GHz处产生了两个陷波,且深度分别达到了18 dB和57 dB,这对无线局域网和X波段卫星通信两个频段的干扰能够起到有效的抑制。该滤波器基板尺寸为16.8 mm×5 mm,带外抑制达到了57 dB。The conventional ultra-wideband filter suffers from insufficient notch depth.An ultra-wideband filter was designed based on a novel defective ground structure and the method of loading branches.The structure forme a double notch band by embedding and folding open branches,which achieved the notch requirement and miniaturization at the same time.To ensure the notch depth,asymmetric inverted T-shaped branches were loaded at the both ends of the UWB filter.The out-of-band rejection characteristics as well as the notch depth were enhanced by etching a new defective ground structure.The filter operates from 2.8 GHz to 11.4 GHz with low insertion loss and generates two notches at 5.3 GHz and 8 GHz with depths of 18 dB and 57 dB,respectively,which can provide effective suppression of interference in both WLAN and X-band satellite communication bands.The filter substrate size is 16.8 mm×5 mm.And the out-of-band rejection can reach 57 dB.
